Bp Cleaning Services is an independent family business offering a Professional Detailing service.
We offer leisure vehicle cleaning which includes Motorhomes, Camper-van's and Caravans.
We are constantly aiming for perfection and Customer Satisfaction by surpassing your expectations by going the extra mile.
We are fully insured and take the utmost care whilst working with your vehicle. This means we do not stand on any roof, or use jet powered water. We protect the integrity of your vehicle at all times.

Everything begins with the roof!
Every nook and cranny using our many tools and different brushes.
The Roof.
We do not stand on any roof. We use telescopic ladders with rubber stand offs. Your entire roof will have all contaminants removed, All windows will be opened and cleaned. Underneath Solar panels will also be cleaned, all other roof furniture will be cleaned.
Panels.
All panels will be machine compounded to remove any oxidisation, scratches and contaminates.
All Openings
All lockers, Habitation door, Driver door, Passenger door, Bonnet (headlights) and all windows will be opened and cleaned.
What else?
All the seals are cleaned to the best of our ability Note* Not all seals will clean and we do not use any bleach based products. We clean all Windows, Windscreen, Mirrors, Wheels and Tyres are dressed.
We take Photographs and Videos before and after your clean. For security we always use showplates to cover the registration plates.

What Area Do We Cover?
We cover two hours travel in any direction from Manchester. We cover two hours travel any direction of Castle Douglas, South West Scotland, or you could visit us in South West Scotland.
Do We Travel Further?
If prior arrangements are made and we can gain other customer projects in your area then we are willing to arrange this. Please note logistics and accommodation will impact our quotation.
What happens if it's raining?
We are constantly checking weather apps, and only if the apps predict continuous rain on the day of your clean we will reschedule the diary to accommodate you as best as we can. However if it is only raining during the preparation and wash stage, but is dry in the afternoon then we will continue with your schedule clean. If your visiting us then the weather is not an issue as we have a large building to help finish your clean.
Do we take a booking deposit?
We do not take a deposit when making a booking to visit you.. We take payment in full once your clean has been completed. however if you are visiting us we take a small deposit to ensure the appointment takes place.
We base our bookings and relationships on trust and shared vision.
What We Need From You!
Your Motorhome is a big vehicle. We can't carry the required water for the cleaning process. We need you to provide a cold outside water tap. We also require one power outlet. We bring all our own equipment including hoses and extensions. We occasionally will need access to a toilet should the call of nature occur. Obviously if your visiting us we will provide the water and power.

We will always reach out the day or so before you appointment. we do a weather check, and to tell you our expected time of arrival. if we hit traffic issues we will reach out and update you of estimated time of arrival.

How do you make Payment?
We accept Cash or bank transfer. We use Quickbooks to create our invoice and credit control. We will need your email address to send your invoice upon project completion.
